Tasting:  The fruit for this wine comes from Baker’s Gully, which is located in the North East corner of the McLaren Vale wine region. Situated in the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges, Baker’s Gully is one of the cooler sub regions of McLaren Vale, making it ideal for the production of quality white wine. The nose of this wine is intriguing, lightly perfumed with hints of hay and violets. The palate is refreshing with good length. Typical of the variety, this wine is medium bodied and has a soft finish.
