Grigio can be exciting. A relatively neutral variety, this dry, medium-bodied expression has been picked on flavour with additional textural intrigue imparted by 4 weeks of post-fermentation lees handling. Nashi pear, Granny Smith apple and jasmine notes gush along gentle acid rails. Finishes long, textural and juicy.
