This has a bright full-pink colour and a nutty undertone to its dried flowers, pot-pourri bouquet. The taste is light and dry, savoury and crisp, with a firm, sapid finish that lingers on and leaves a clean, appetising aftertaste. It has richness and fruit intensity. (Screwcap)
