Halliday rates our 2015 Shiraz 95 points!

The May/June edition of James Halliday's wine companion Magazine has rated our beautiful 2015 McLaren Vale Shiraz 95 points and recommended it as ideal for long term cellaring.  Personally we would drink six in the short term as it is a lovely drop and put six away for future consumption!

2014 McLaren Vale Shiraz

Oodles of blackberries & cherries on the bouquet, a big palate with lashings of full bodied rich flavours& fine grained tannins. Have patience with this superb TRUE 'KEEPER'

2015 McLaren Vale Shiraz

Redolent with, plum, herbs, black olive aromas & a smidge of earthiness. 
On the palate there is medium bodied, mouth filling smooth flavours of plums & spice with a nice drying finish that lingers well. A keeper that is A CLASS ACT!!

2015 McLaren Vale GSM

Grown on old vines, it has bright lively colour, lifted dark berry and plum aromas with hints of oak, just a touch of savouriness on the palate along with fine drying tannins. Oh so moreish!! 
VERY VERY DRINKABLE!!!

Winestate Magazine Mar/Apr 2018 - Semprevino 2016 GSM Tasting

Tasted back in late 2017, Winestate Magazine's Mar/Apr 2018 issue is now out and our latest GSM is reviewed receiving 3 Stars:

"Lifted plumy fruit characters with some oak and drying tannins.  Lovely drinkability"

While we work through sales of our 2015 GSM this wine will age well in bottle and be even more drinkable in the coming months.
